A Tree Grows in Brooklyn

When Gentleman Caller was in between moving boxes in on the first day he looked out the bedroom widow & said, "Look! A tree grows in Brooklyn." And so it does. A tiny branch sprouting through the cracks of a delapidated brick wall, just a few feet away from a 100 year old copy of the book that belonged to my grandmother. And so, freshly new plus vintage is the story of my life here on Dean Street.

Today I'm so excited to share my first home tour with you! And I'm absolutely honored that it's via Heather of Life Made Lovely who asked "What does creating a lovely home mean to you?" So go check it out & welcome to my home sweet home ...

What's the vision for your home? What do you desire to encourage or inspire when you & your guests come inside?

with grace & gumption, Hilary

P.S. And remember, you're invited here on Saturday for our Presidents Day Soiree!
